Headquartered in Orange, CA, Signature is a different kind of commercial flooring company: one that’s large enough to handle even the most extensive commercial flooring projects, yet small enough to treat you like our only customer.

JEFFERY A. GRIMSLEY
President
Jeff, an industry leader among Southern California flooring contractors, has over 35 years of experience in commercial flooring. Serving as Signature Flooring’s President since 2005, Jeff is a founding partner and leads the company’s day-to-day operations. With experience in manufacturing, sales, and project management, he also serves as the firm’s liaison to various trade organizations.
MARGARET “Maggie” ANDERSON
Former Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
With 30 years of experience in general accounting including 15 years in commercial construction accounting, Maggie became be a vital key to Signature Flooring’s success.
In 2005 Maggie joined Signature Flooring as its Controller and later served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the remainder of her career. Maggie lived life to the fullest by travelling the world with friends and family alike. Most importantly she was a loyal business partner, friend and a wonderful person who is truly missed by all who knew her.

MICHAEL J. GRAY
Secretary and Safety Manager
Mike, a founding partner of Signature Flooring since its inception in 2005, has nearly 40 years of experience in the floor covering industry. Serving as the company’s Secretary and Safety Manager in addition to his sales estimating and project manager roles, Mike has a vast knowledge of the ever-changing flooring industry and a passion to communicate this to our valued clients.
